At first he wanted to make the Duomo in Florence and I had to explain that,
a) this was completely new to me and I had never made gingerbread houses before
b) this was not the Great British Bake Off
c) I had no idea how to create curved gingerbread

After scaling back his expectations we compromised on Stoneghenge.
