Having worked in the field, there are reasons why certain folks are represented more in interviews for radio and television. There are elements of showmanship and production values involved (gasp!).

However, completely omitting key contributors is simply awful. And, as was mentioned in the original poster's comments, there is also a conflict of interest element.
