This little jewel was put together for the Radio and Television Correspondents Association's Gala back in 1983. As Wikipedia says, the RTCA Dinner is not to be confused with the higher profile White House Correspondents' Association Dinner.

If you aren't of a Certain Age, or didn't work in and around TV News, you may have a little trouble recognizing the players in this set piece, but some of them are still around, making trouble. The more things change, the more they stay the same.

I think I probably have a copy of this on 3/4" Umatic, somewhere. Maybe someday I'll make an annotated subtitle identifying all the culprits.
