I been on cases in Marinas where people live on boats and to a couple of yacht clubs after hours with friends who were members. The one thing I found in common among those people you find there is the overindulgence in alcohol. Even affected me when I was off duty. However, the drunks I encountered weren't the mean kind. They were generally the happy kind.
