One week coffee is good for me, the next it is not. Red wine (which I also drink a lot of) has similar yo-yo health properties. Oh, and I know "French Fries" are bad for you, but now they give you actual cancer too? Kill me now. I shouldn't have bothered quitting smoking all those years ago....
ReplyDeleteWeighing the comparative risks and benefits, I think I'll keep my coffee. I mean, sure, if I give it up I might, theoretically, live a bit longer, but would I want to?
ReplyDeleteYeah, I'm not sure if life would be worth living without Maillard reaction flavored foods.
