11,000 Turks falsely accused of treason because of bad programming and a malicious webbug.

Which isn’t to say the ones who did download the software were really committing treason, but this is what happens when the government doesn’t care if it sweeps up too many people in its net. When the charges are trumped up, who cares of other people are accused too?
