What worries me about this is that Walmart is already copying Amazon, and that very well could lead to a rapid decline in their national headcount. Most Walmart employees are paid poorly to start with, and often they're cheated out of working full time. So looking at this chart I can see an economic mess in the making, especially for the mid-west and the south.
