Where would I draw the line? If you have power, real or perceived, and you threaten a minority? You might ought to find resistance.
If you are a minority, and you threaten the majority? You might ought to find support.
Levelling the playing field, so to speak.
I'm not sure where to draw the line about rhetoric that threatens physical harm. Assault is not something to be encouraged, but rudeness? I don't think you can usefully prohibit that.
But rudeness is a personal strength of mine, so I'm probably biased.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion. Your opinion may be foolish.
Striping away the foolishness of restricting free speech on campuses, lessons may be learned concerning culture, politics, social behavior, and possibly the survival of such outdated concepts as "freedom and "liberty" -
