I've helped an old college friend move her mom mumblety mumblety times...

I was the logical choice, always being the Guy With A Truck and Mad Roadie Tetris skills.

Today, I was invited to come and move her one last time. As a pallbearer.

She was a busy little ray of sunshine, who always had time to say "I Love You". Even if she started by blessing you out about something. As Southern as they come. Raised three fine daughters, as good as they come.

She'll be missed. Those left standing are little grayer and creakier, but still capable of laughter and tears.

It was good to see them, even if the occasion was hard.
