  1. Wait! Are they saying people WOULDN'T clean toilets for WiFi? I know people who would eat out of a toilet for WiFi...Well, at least eat one of those crappy Starbucks pastries.

This was in the UK rather than America…but I daresay we really could make America a little bit closer to great if each citizen was asked to complete a public service session of (per the article) cleaning local parks of animal waste, providing hugs to stray cats and dogs, manually relieving sewer blockages, painting snail shells, or scraping chewing gum off the streets in return for free municipal wifi.
