This tune was recorded live on tour in the UK back in 1997, when The Celtic Fiddle Festival consisted of fiddlers Kevin Burke, Johnny Cunningham, and Christian LeMaitre, with Soig Siberil on guitar.

Kevin Burke (who is Irish), had this remembrance of Johnny Cunningham: "He said part of his heritage was Irish and the other part was Scottish, so half of him wanted a drink and the other half didn't want to pay for it."

Johnny was a wit, a wag, and a wonder on the fiddle.
