Sunday Dinner

Had folks set to table at the homeplace today. Fed them Hoppin' John, Collard Greens and Cornbread.

Nobody complained. One was kind enough to say it was better than his Low Country grandmother used to make. I was right pleased.

We offered Spritz Cookies, Cora's Rum Cake, and Mississippi Orange Slice Cake for dessert. Nobody refused.
