She is categorically wrong : Google is not knowledge. The cure for false searches - from whatever source - and fake news - ditto - is the teaching and study of epistemology. But that is unlikely, as authoritarians and autocrats would be among the first to suffer.

Well, as far as I can tell, Google ranks results based on Internet Popularity, which obviously leads to some weird places. But there is an expectation otherwise, and that is part of what tickled me about this article.
