This just gets stupider and stupider.

It looks like she was arrested and convicted for interfering with officers taking a citizen's arrest into custody (as they are required to do) for a misdemeanor Dine and Dash.

Interestingly enough, I haven't seen any news about the Dasher getting arrested or convicted, for anything.
