It's hard to believe he had time to invent that table game. Seriously though, that is an incredible story, though I'm not sure I could read the forthcoming full-length book without feeling the need to take a shower after every chapter.
ReplyDeleteI often find myself feeling that after reading Gay Talese, actually. There is a certain rawness to what he reports in such meticulous, literary detail.
ReplyDeletehell, I did surveillance work in the Police Department for 2 1/2 years. I saw lots of stuff from roof tops or hotel rooms. Just know that no matter what you do, if you think no one can see you, think again.
