@sweden was the first shared national twitter account. It really is an awesome experiment and one where I honestly feel kinda proud about oddly.
Essentially, the state of Sweden grabbed "@sweden" and then simply handed it over to a random Swede to write as she and he prefers, swapping the person in control of the account every single week. The only criteria: must be able to speak English, must understand Twitter. We've had young and old, nice and douchy - all of them tweeting along.
(hell we had an antisemite barbling bullshit for a week).
Every week the account is handed over to another person entirely...
