He got the line of demarcation right, in Raleigh. But it is getting fuzzier, obviously, with Stamey's adding barbeque chicken to the menu (Avert!). Still, I don't know of any places west of Raleigh that offer Brunswick Stew (with potatoes!) yet, so there's that...
